Branded notebooks are the stationery item with the longest active life in the range. A pen circulates and eventually gets lost. A notebook stays with one person for weeks or months, opened daily, filled gradually, and kept until the last page. That extended lifecycle gives a branded notebook a sustained presence on a desk or in a bag that most other merch items don't come close to. For companies that want a daily-use item with a longer association window, branded notebooks are the natural choice.
The range covers hardcover and softcover notebooks in A5 and A4 formats, with FSC-certified paper options available. Everything is printed or debossed in-house, with production taking around 8 business days, and shipped to any EU address individually or as part of a kit.
Format choices matter for how the notebook gets used
A5 is the standard for corporate use - fits in a bag, sits comfortably on a desk, and works well for meetings and note-taking. A4 is better suited to workshop settings, creative roles, or anywhere people need more writing space. Hardcover provides more durability and desk presence; softcover is lighter and more flexible for people who carry the notebook regularly. Lined pages are the default for most programs; dotted grid is increasingly preferred in creative and tech contexts. These are choices worth making deliberately rather than defaulting to whatever is most familiar.

FSC certification confirms the paper comes from responsibly managed forests with a verifiable chain of custody. For companies with ESG reporting requirements, procurement sustainability criteria, or environmental commitments they communicate publicly, it's a claim that can be named and documented - not just stated. The notebook carries the certification; the company carries the story.
Debossing is the premium finish for notebook covers
A debossed logo pressed into a hardcover notebook produces a tactile, permanent mark with no ink and no fading. It's the finish that reads as considered and premium at first touch, and it holds its quality throughout the life of the notebook. For programs where the notebook is a centerpiece of the kit rather than a supporting item, debossing is worth specifying over a standard print.
