Branded water bottles
Branded bottles are the drinkware item most likely to leave the office. They go to the gym, on commutes, to client meetings, into home offices and co-working spaces. That mobility is what makes them different from mugs - where a mug stays on one desk, a bottle travels with the person and gets seen in more contexts every day. For companies sending welcome kits to distributed teams or looking for a gifting item with lasting daily use, branded bottles are consistently the highest-reach option in the drinkware range.
The range covers insulated stainless steel bottles in multiple sizes, with options for standard mouth and wide mouth openings. Everything is engraved or printed in-house, with production taking around 8 business days, and shipped to any EU address individually or in bulk.
The retail quality bar applies here more than anywhere in drinkware
Insulated bottles are a product category where consumer expectations have been shaped by premium retail brands. People buy quality bottles for themselves at €40-60 and carry them daily. That's the item a company-issued branded bottle is being compared against. A thin-walled bottle with a loose lid reads as a promotional item. A well-built double-wall stainless steel bottle with a sealed lid, good temperature retention, and a clean laser-engraved logo is something a person carries for years. The quality conversation is worth having early - the per-unit cost difference between an adequate bottle and a genuinely good one is smaller than most buyers assume.
Laser engraving is the standard for stainless steel
Engraving removes the surface coating to reveal the steel beneath, producing a permanent mark with no ink, no fading, and no peeling. It's the print method that holds up through daily use, dishwasher cycles, and years of carrying. For branded bottles, it's the method that signals quality most clearly and requires no ongoing maintenance to remain legible. Pad print is available for certain finishes but doesn't offer the same durability on metal.
Size matters for the use case
A 500ml bottle suits desk use and shorter commutes. A 750ml or 1L bottle suits all-day hydration and active use. For onboarding kits, the 500-750ml range typically works best - large enough to be useful, compact enough to pack alongside other kit items without adding significant weight. We advise on sizing at the mockup stage based on what else is going in the kit.
Sustainable options across the range
Stainless steel is inherently reusable and long-lasting. RPET bottles made from recycled plastic are also available for companies where the recycled-material story is specifically relevant to their ESG positioning. We can advise on which options come with certification documentation.
