Organic cotton is cotton grown without synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. It prints, wears and launders exactly like regular cotton - the difference is in the sourcing, not the fabric behavior. It typically costs more (up to about double in some cases), so the decision to choose it is about values and sustainability story, not performance.
