The minimum order for the Klean Kanteen® Insulated Mug is 20 units. At the 50-piece tier, the price is €36.83 per unit, with laser engraving included. Available in Black only. Production takes 8 business days. EU shipping is quoted separately. At €36.83@50, the Klean Kanteen® is the premium single-cup option in the SoMerch drinkware range. It carries B Corp + Climate Neutral + 1% for the Planet certification, 90% post-consumer recycled stainless steel, and 38-hour cold retention — the strongest combination of sustainability credentials and insulation performance in the mug category.

Yes — with an 8-business-day production timeline, the Klean Kanteen® is faster to produce than most premium drinkware items in the range. It ships individually to any EU address in 2-6 business days after production. Available in Black only — a constraint for color-matched programs but a clean, professional look suited to most corporate brand contexts. The single color option simplifies procurement but limits flexibility for programs that require brand color matching. The Café Cap's rotating disc mechanism fits standard car cup holders — a practical feature for commuting recipients. For programs where color variety is needed alongside premium sustainability credentials, the Kambukka® 500 ml (4 colors, B Corp) is a comparison option.

The Klean Kanteen® Mug uses Climate Lock™ double-wall vacuum insulation and delivers 11 hours hot and 38 hours cold — the strongest mug-format insulation performance in the SoMerch drinkware catalog. The Café Cap provides spill prevention without requiring a push or press mechanism, using a rotating disc that opens and closes the drink opening. 38-hour cold retention means a drink filled Monday morning stays cold through Tuesday midday — relevant for high-insulation programs or outdoor use. The 90% post-consumer recycled stainless steel construction means the bottle is not only sustainably certified but uses the highest recycled content percentage of any steel item in the SoMerch drinkware range.

The Klean Kanteen® Mug carries three third-party sustainability certifications: B Corp (company-level social and environmental impact), Climate Neutral (carbon emissions measured, reduced, and offset), and 1% for the Planet (1% of revenue donated to environmental organizations). It is also made from 90% post-consumer recycled stainless steel. This is the most extensively certified drinkware item in the SoMerch catalog. B Corp + Climate Neutral together cover both business impact and carbon footprint — a combination relevant for companies with Net Zero commitments or carbon-conscious procurement policies. 1% for the Planet adds a financial environmental contribution on top of operational credentials.

The Klean Kanteen® is customized by laser engraving with a print area of 5×5 cm. Laser engraving creates a permanent, precise mark on the recycled stainless steel surface by removing the coating to reveal the steel. The engraving will not fade, peel, or chip — it is a lifetime mark on a product designed for long-term use. The 5×5 cm square area suits compact logos, monograms, or icon-plus-wordmark combinations. The slim, tall form factor of the mug means the engraving area is on a slightly curved surface — bold, clean designs engrave most clearly. The Café Cap is not an engraving area. Available in Black only, the engraved steel mark contrasts cleanly against the powder-coat surface.

The Klean Kanteen® Mug is the right choice when maximum sustainability credentials and maximum insulation performance are both required — senior leadership gifts, high-value onboarding kits, ESG-focused programs, or situations where the drinkware item needs to carry significant brand credibility on its own. B Corp + Climate Neutral + 90% recycled steel is a story recipients can read and share. The single-color (Black) limitation means it is best for monochrome or premium programs rather than multi-color kit builds. If color variety is needed alongside premium credentials, the Kambukka® 500 ml (4 colors, B Corp, similar price) is the comparison. The Klean Kanteen® wins on insulation, recycled content percentage, and the Climate Neutral certification Kambukka® does not carry.
