Yes — the crew neck is a practical onboarding kit item, particularly for programs where the recipient demographic or company culture is a poor fit for hoodies. SoMerch warehouses the run and ships individually on demand across Europe after the initial production batch. The 20-unit minimum applies at production. In warmer EU climates or for teams that operate in office-heavy environments, a crew neck sweatshirt is more practical than a hoodie — less bulk, easier to layer under a jacket.
